Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

How fast does the S Nova Pro go?
iSinwheel rates the top speed at 28 mph in Sport mode. Actual speed depends on rider weight, incline, battery charge and local law — check the rules where you ride.
What are the four riding modes?
Walk up to 9 mph, Eco up to 15 mph, Drive up to 22 mph and Sport up to 28 mph. Walk is for shared spaces, Eco favours range, Drive is the everyday setting.
What range should I expect?
iSinwheel advertises a maximum of 38 miles under its own test conditions. Treat that as a ceiling rather than a promise: rider weight, terrain, temperature, speed and tire pressure all reduce it.
How long does it take to charge?
iSinwheel lists 6–7 hours. The charger takes a 100–240 V input at 3 A.
Who does it fit?
iSinwheel puts the recommended rider height at 4'3"–6'3" (130–190 cm) and the maximum load at 264 lb. The deck is 7.3 inches wide.
What size are the tires, and are they air-filled?
10-inch pneumatic tires front and rear. Air-filled tires absorb road texture that solid tires pass through to the deck, at the cost of occasional pressure checks.
Does it have suspension?
Yes, at both ends: a swingarm at the front and dual springs at the rear.
How steep a hill can it climb?
iSinwheel lists a maximum climbing grade of 30 percent. Loaded weight and battery charge both affect what it manages in practice.
Does it have cruise control and zero-start?
iSinwheel lists both. Cruise control holds a set speed; zero-start means the motor engages from standstill rather than requiring a kick-off.
What can the app do?
The isinwheel Club app covers locking, ride data, riding-mode selection and ambient-light control.
Is there any theft protection?
There is an app lock, and the bell mount is designed to hold an Apple AirTag. No AirTag is included and the scooter has no built-in GPS tracking.
Can I ride it in the rain?
It is rated IPX4, which covers rain and road spray. It is water resistant, not waterproof — do not ride through standing water or submerge any part of it.
How big is it?
Unfolded it measures 50.8 × 24 × 50.8 inches and weighs 60.4 lb. iSinwheel does not publish folded dimensions, so we do not list them.
What colors are available?
White and Gray. Both are the same scooter at the same price.
Can I change the lighting colors?
Yes. The ambient light strip along the deck is set from the isinwheel Club app. The headlight, handlebar turn signals and rear light are fixed-function.
Is it certified?
iSinwheel states UL 2272 certification, tested by SGS. We publish the manufacturer's certification claim; KEWELO has not independently verified it.
How heavy is it to carry?
60.4 lb. It folds for storage and transport, but that is a real weight to lift — worth planning for if stairs or a car boot are part of the trip.

Picked this up right before Christmas and it’s been awesome so far. The scooter feels very stable and smooth to ride, even on slightly wet pavement. The built-in lights really stand out at night and make it much easier for cars and people to notice you, which makes me feel a lot safer when riding after dark. It also looks really cool around holiday lights and decorations. Battery life has been solid and it’s been a fun, practical way to get around during the holiday season. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my child and it was a huge hit. As soon as it was set up, they didn’t want to get off it. The scooter feels sturdy and well made, and it rides smoothly even indoors and on our driveway. The lights are a nice touch, especially in the evenings, and it just makes the whole thing feel extra fun and safe. Battery life has been great so far, and it was easy to put together. Honestly, seeing how excited my kid was made this one of the best Christmas gifts we gave this year 🎄

  5. Wonderful scooter!!

My grandson, age 10 Christmas gift! It’s perfect! I love the lights- last summer we went out riding at night Best night Ever But I was so scared riding with him on the other scooter w/o the light This summer will be a hoot!! Many memories to be had.

  6. Safe Night Riding Experience

The headlight and ambient lighting are bright and thoughtfully designed. I feel very safe riding at night. The motor is quiet, and the acceleration is smooth.

This scooter is everything it is advertised to be. It is beautifully stylish, sturdy, smooth, comfortable, and easy to handle. Assembly and connectivity is so simple you can be on the road in 20 minutes. The display is simple, easy to read, and easy to navigate with one button on the fly. The one issue I have is, “Braking”. I’m not used to having electronic braking. It’s not bad, but you definitely have to get used to it. The more you ride the more you get used to it and learn how to coordinate front and rear braking. My recommendation is, set braking at its lowest setting in the settings menu for flat surface riding until you get used to it, then change braking settings as needed to adjust for hills or whatever your pleasure. Folding and unfolding for storage or transporting is easy, but not as light for carrying. I live in a neighborhood with nothing but hills, so I can’t say how good the battery is, plus I weigh 215 lbs., so my battery strength is not as long lasting. I’ve learned to turn the lights off while I ride if I want to ride longer to get more battery. On short rides in the evenings, the lights are on and they look great. I’m sure if I were lighter and rode on more flat roads I would get more out of the battery. When fully charged this scooter fly’s! Fast, maneuverable, and as I mentioned, easy to handle. I love this scooter. It’s easy to change ride mode’s while flying or creeping. The feature of this scooter is it’s price. I can’t believe how Isinwheel can price this vehicle so low for how it looks and performs. For me and the road conditions I contend with, the performance is outstanding. I’ve had a numerous amount of compliments and when I mention the price, people are stunned. I highly recommend this scooter for fun riding at a budget price that can’t and will not be beat. Truly a “Contender”!

Estoy contento.

The S Nova Pro is an absolute blast to ride. Great speed, solid build, and the suspension makes a big difference on rough roads. Folds easily, great range, and the app is a nice bonus. One of the best scooters I’ve tried—totally worth it!

Great scooter from isiwnheel. It has great range and I weight 220lb and the scooter was able to work great. The pickup speed was great and I didn't feel unsafe at all. It fairly bulky but it fits in the back of sedan and any suv. Easy to use with just 1 Botton and covers with the charger and the texture of the foot surface. I enjoyed using the scooter and would recommend for folks who want it easy to use and long range scooter. It also very smooth with it's dual shock absorption.

I've only been on my new S Nova Pro for a few weeks now, but I am impressed! With backpack/lunch bag, I am probably pushing 240 lbs, and this scooter still zips me around at 20-25 mph with enough torque to get up and over the one big hill in my commute. I haven't figured out the range yet, but my roundtrip is approximately 6 miles, which is one bar on the power meter. My only issue is the size, which is good and bad... it's huge! It does fold, but the length and girth of this beast makes it hard to stow away underneath the seat on the train, and 60 lbs is no joke. Otherwise, so far so good here!
